Privacy Policy

This policy covers what data Packs.Ink stores about you and how it's handled. The site is fully browseable without an account; only signed-in features collect anything.

What we collect

• If you sign in with Google: your Google email, profile display name, and (optionally) profile photo URL. We never see your Google password.
• If you use Collection / Decks features: the cards, sealed products, graded copies, decks, follows, and favorites you save. All scoped to your account.
• Error telemetry (Sentry): if the site crashes in your browser, we receive an anonymized stack trace and a one-line description so we can fix the bug. No prices, deck contents, or page contents are sent.
• Affiliate clicks (TCGplayer Impact): when you click a TCGplayer "Buy" link, Impact records an anonymous referral so we can earn commission. We do not see who clicked.

What we don't collect

No analytics tracking, no advertising trackers, no third-party cookies, no IP geo-tracking, no fingerprinting. The browse experience is entirely anonymous.

Where it's stored

Account and collection data live in a Supabase Postgres database (US-based). Access is gated by Postgres Row-Level Security so only you can read or modify your own data. The browser holds a recent-data cache in localStorage purely for speed; clearing site data clears the cache.

Who we share with

Nobody. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Publicly visible deck lists, collection shares, and creator profiles are only shared when you explicitly mark a deck or collection as Public, or share an Unlisted link.

How to delete your data

You can delete individual decks, collection items, etc. from inside the app at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data, DM @HighScoreZAP on X with the email address on file — we will wipe everything within 7 days and confirm by reply.

Graded card sales data — Terms of Use

The graded-card view shows per-sale prices aggregated from public marketplace (eBay) sales. This dataset is made available for personal, non-commercial use only. By accessing it you agree that you will not:

• Scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or systematically extract the data;
• Sell, license, redistribute, or republish it, in whole or in part;
• Retain, cache, or store copies beyond your own personal session use;
• Use it to build or train any competing product, dataset, or model.

The data is provided “as is” for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate or incomplete; it is not financial advice. Access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked at any time. We record that you accepted these terms (your account ID, the version, and the timestamp) so we can show you the current terms when they change.

Children

Packs.Ink is intended for users 13 and older.

Changes

If this policy meaningfully changes, the change will be noted at the top of this page with the effective date.
